Cinda Debbink, a founding principal of Design Partners, has more than 20 years of design and management experience. Using the latest technologies, she creates multifaceted programs for clients in myriad fields. Her work has received more than 50 national design awards, including the Art Directors Clubs of New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco; appeared in CA, Print, Graphic Design and Inc. magazines; and been featured in touring exhibitions in the United States, Europe and Asia. Previously, she was vice president for design at Creel Morrell Inc. and creative director at Design Link and the Rockbridge Group. Cinda graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

Bill Glover, a founding principal of Design Partners, is experienced in all dimensions of design and communication work, including branding, corporate identity, exhibits, product launches and environmental graphics in print, multimedia and on the Web. Previously, he was vice president of environmental design for Creel Morrell Inc., where he specialized in design and project management for exhibits, environmental graphics and corporate identity. He was also a senior designer at Design Link and the Rockbridge Group, and a professor of graphic design at Marymount University. Bill graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts in graphic design and photography.

Valerie Wilmot, senior production designer, has extensive experience in print, branding, multimedia and Web projects, as well as social media marketing, digital ads, editing and incorporating video and sound. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, WordPress and HTML/CSS, she also has working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and stays current on emerging technologies. Valerie graduated from Coker College with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design.
